Flyet stallede i 40.000 fods h\u00f8jde og efter et drej gik det pludselig ind i en voldsom man\u00f8vre. Fra det andet fly s\u00e5 piloten at flyet blev indhyllet i en hvid sky, og at hele plansektionen faldt af i \u00e9t stykke, og fortsatte nedad i et spiraldyk.
